Healthier ‘Nutella’

This recipe is just in time for Valentines day best enjoyed with food 🙂

Crumble Mixture Ingredients Measurements  Amount
Cacao Tsp 2
Hazelnuts Cup 1
Agave Nectar Tbsp 1
Water Tbsp 1

1. Line a baking tray with foil or a baking sheet and set the oven to a medium heat
2. Place hazelnuts on tray for 10mins until roasted golden brown and the aromatic smell fills your kitchen
3. Remove from oven and wait for it to cool (so you don’t burn yourself) and remove the outer skin which should easily slide off

Now for the magic
4. Place hazelnuts into blender and the rest of ingredients
5 .Blend until its all mixed together and makes an indulgent paste.

Store in fridge it can be enjoyed with fruits and used as a spread.
