Chopped Spinach Handful 2(minimum)
Tomato Too taste
Cucumber Too taste
Peppers Too taste
Red Onion Too taste
Cashews  Too taste  –
Spring Onion Too taste
Mixed Seeds (Chia, Flax, Hemp) Too taste
Peeled Carrot  Too taste  –
Avocado  Too taste  –
Lemon Juice  Too taste  –
Salt & Black Pepper  Too taste  –
Chilli Flakes  Too taste  –
Olive Oil  Too taste  –
Sweet Potato  Large 1
Red & White Quinoa  Large 1

Directions

Quinoa
1. Prepare according to pack instructions

Sweet Potato

  1. Wash and dice sweet potato
  2. Boil until soft
  3. Place on baking tray and add salt and pepper to taste
  4. Place in oven on medium heat until brown and crisp
  5. Rest of ingredients Chop, peel, drizzle, sprinkle
  6. Add in a bowl all ingredients
