Veggie Pasta

Who doesn’t enjoy a hearty pasta better yet this recipe is Gluten free and contains a good amount of Plant protein.

 Ingredients Measurements  Amount
Onion Medium 1
Tomato Puree Paste 1 Tablespoon
Raw Cacao Powder 2 Tablespoons
Sea salt Too taste
Black peppercorn Too taste 2
Oregano 1 Tablespoons  –
Sundried Tomato 1 Tablespoon  –
Can of Chickpeas  1
Water  1 Cup  –
Lentil & Quinoa Pasta 110g
Kale Handful


  1. Boil pasta according to cooking instructions
  2. Dice Onions
  3. Chop Kale
  4. Chop Sundried Tomatos
  5. Fry the onion until soft
  6. Add seasonings
  7. Add Chickpeas
  8. Add Tomato Puree Paste
  9. Add Cup of water
  10. Stir all ingredients
  11. Add pasta
  12. Add Kale
  13. Sprinkle with your favourite seeds
