1 Medium Banana
1/2 Cup of Blueberries
1/2 Cup Almonds
1 Cup of Spinach/Kale
2 Teaspoons of Chia seeds
2 Teaspoons of Matcha
500ml of Coconut Milk
Optional add Protein Powder
