The amount of energy in an item of food or drink is measured in calories. When we eat and drink more calories than we use up, our bodies store the excess as body fat. If this continues over time we may put on weight. http://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/loseweight/Pages/understanding-calories.aspx

There is no nutritional value in such things but one thing they both have in common are SUGAR and guess what happens to sugar when its in the body and not used…while this clean cola penny drops. I’ll go on to encourage you to eat more vegetables, fruits and nuts because they are guaranteed to include healthy sugars and fats when eaten in moderation.(it turns to fat if you still wondering)

But by eating healthier you will be providing your body with the neccessary nutrients to keep you full and satisfied for longer while shedding excess fat!
