Scrambled Eggs & Greens

Ingredients
x4 Eggs
1/4 Plantbased milk
Pinch sea salt
Tender-stem broccolini
Spinach
Optional: Mixed seeds ( Flax, Pumpkin, Sesame)

Directions

Eggs
Break eggs in dish and whisk using a fork
Add 1/4  cup of plant based milk
Add salt
In a Non stick pan pour in the mixture and turn on to a medium heat
When eggs look like they are firming turn off heat and add smoked salmon with spinach gently mix in

Veg
Fill a pan with water
Place a metal sieve on top
Add vegetables
Put lid on top
Steam until soft but firm

Serve together with a sprinkling of seeds. Enjoy!
