Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1 Cup Oats
1 Egg
1 Small/medium Banana
2 Cup Almond Milk
1/4 Cup protein

Directions

  • Blend the oats until it makes a powder
  • Add the Protein to oats
  • Beat the egg in a bowl using a fork  and pop it into the mixture
  • Peel banana add to blender
  • Pour in milk
  • Combine all ingredients together in blender and let it sit in fridge for 30mins

If consistency is too thick add small amounts of water or milk and mix
Pour mixture into frying pan with desired pancake size fried in coconut oil

Serve with Fruits, Honey or some cheeky nutella
