Here is a quick recipe for you
1 Medium Beetroot (cooked/raw)
2 Large Carrots
500ml of water
2 Cups of spinach or kale
Add the washed, peeled and chopped carrots into the blender with the water.
Once a smooth like consistency is achieved bung in the beet and watch the vibrant colour change
Add the Spinach last
Pop on the lid and your ready to move
Beetroot is said to have potassium, magnesium, iron, vitamins A, B6 and C, folic acid, carbohydrates, protein, antioxidants and soluble fibre a variety of unique health-boosting nutrients that you may not be getting elsewhere.
