Imagine you’re in a boat every time you eat one of these naughty foods you are drilling a small hole into it.
At first it doesn’t seem to have much of an impact however eventually it will add up and before you know it you will start sinking. Get it?
This analogy has really helped others understand the self sabotage to which these not so small ‘treats’ can have on your progress.
